2019 GMC Savana exterior changes

Second, this minivan offers plenty of standard safety features such as parking sensors, emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, emergency braking, an all-around view camera, and numerous airbags.
Speaking of technology, Savana gains climate control, navigation and plenty of more standard amenities. However, the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are optional. 2019 GMC Savana engine options and rumors
The 2019 GMC Savana will be available with few engine option as before. However, rumors are saying that another V8 drivetrain could be on the cards. Until that happens, this van is powered by a base 4.8-liter V8 engine.
This unit can produce up to 293 HP and 295 lb-ft of torque. It is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission and even an all-wheel drive is available and is optional. Furthermore, the new Savana will also get a 6.0-liter V8 that is rated at 366 HP and 373 lb-ft of torque. The last one engine that will be in an offer is a Duramax 6.6L V-8 turbo-diesel engine that will be able to deliver 403 HP and 525 lb-ft of torque.
The newest model will come in three variants G2500 regular length, G3500 regular length and G3500 extended length. The first one G2500 will have a maximum payload of 2482 lb or 1126 kg with the maximum towing capacity of 9800 lb/ 4445 kg.
The next one is G3500 with a regular length that provides 3461 lb / 1570 kg of payload and maximum towing 9700 lb or 4400 kg for the 6.0-liter engine and 10.000 lb / 4536 kg for the 6.6 liters. The last one is G3500 with an extended length that comes with payload 9300 lb / 4218 kg for 6.0L and 9700 lb / 4400 kg for a 6.6L.
2019 GMC Savana price and release date
The GMC’s latest van is priced at $34,500 and it will go on sale in the first half of 2019. A Passenger model will cost around $37,500. With the great engine offers and comfortable seats the new model will be a great choice for many large families.
